1. Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every client workspace, every user, every API call, every generated article, every uploaded asset, and every piece of content delivered through the platform.
2. Forbidden content
You may not use the Services to generate, store, transmit or publish content that:
- is illegal under applicable law, including the laws of the country where you or the intended audience reside;
- sexually exploits or abuses minors, or portrays minors in a sexual manner, in any form;
- incites violence, glorifies terrorism, or promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- targets a protected group (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status) with hate speech or harassment;
- infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secret) of another party;
- defames a person or organization with knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth;
- discloses personal data about a third party without a lawful basis (doxxing, unauthorized data brokering);
- provides instructions for creating weapons capable of causing mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological, cyber);
- provides targeted instructions to commit fraud, identity theft, unauthorized access to computer systems, or evade law enforcement;
- constitutes sexually explicit content involving real, identifiable persons without their explicit consent;
- deliberately impersonates a real person, organization or public authority in a way likely to deceive readers (including election-related deception);
- generates spam, scams, phishing pages, malware, or any content that exists solely to manipulate search engine rankings in violation of search engine guidelines.
3. Forbidden activities
Regardless of the content generated, you may not:
- circumvent any safety filter, authentication check, rate limit or quota on the platform;
- attempt to gain access to another client’s workspace, data, or generated content;
- probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our sub-processors without prior written authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the prompts, weights, or internal logic of the AI providers we invoke on your behalf;
- use the platform to train or fine-tune any competing AI model, directly or indirectly;
- resell access to the platform or sublicense API access without our prior written agreement;
- impersonate P-SEO, its employees, or its affiliates, or falsely imply endorsement by P-SEO;
- use the Services to monitor another party without their knowledge or consent.
4. Content safety controls
The platform provides automated content safety filters (moderation API pre-check and post-generation scan) that client administrators can configure in Settings → Content safety. These filters are defensive in nature: they reduce the risk of obviously harmful output but do not replace your obligation to review every generated article before publishing it. You remain fully responsible for the content you publish, even when the content safety filters did not flag it.
5. Your content, your responsibility
AI models sometimes generate inaccurate statements, fabricated citations, or copied passages. You are solely responsible for editorial review, fact-checking, plagiarism checking, and legal clearance before publishing anything generated on the platform. We provide scoring and detection tooling as best-effort assistance, not as a guarantee.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe content generated or hosted on the platform violates this AUP, email abuse@p-seo.com with the URL or identifier of the content and a brief description of the violation. We review every report and respond within 5 business days.
7. Enforcement
When we find a violation, we may — depending on the severity and context — warn the client administrator, block specific content, suspend the offending user, suspend the entire client workspace, or terminate the relationship. We may act without prior notice when the violation is flagrant or when continued access creates a material risk to other customers or to our sub-processors.
8. Changes
We update this AUP as the product and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be announced in the product and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
