P-SEO (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software platform that lets agencies and content teams generate, review and publish SEO articles. We operate on a managed client basis: each client workspace is configured by our team and billed out of band (invoice or contract). There is no self-serve signup or automated billing tied to usage. These Terms govern your access to the platform (“Services”) regardless of how you obtained an account.
By accessing or using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Your acceptance is given on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization that invited you to the platform.
Each client workspace has at least one client administrator appointed at onboarding. The client administrator may invite additional collaborators (“members”) and assign them the admin or member role. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for promptly removing collaborators who should no longer have access. Sharing credentials is forbidden.
The platform uses third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Pinecone, DataForSEO) to generate and enrich content. You supply your own API keys for these providers and remain directly responsible for your relationship with each provider, including their terms, pricing, quotas, and acceptable use policies. We encrypt your keys at rest using AES-256-GCM and access them only to fulfill your generation requests.
We are not a party to your contracts with the AI providers and will not reimburse any costs incurred against your keys, whether intended or not. You are responsible for revoking a compromised key and setting whatever spend limits you require on the provider side.
You retain ownership of every article, prompt, persona, template and piece of content you create on the platform. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, transform, and transmit your content only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the Services on your behalf (rendering pages, running the generation pipeline, delivering to your connected CMS, creating backups). We do not use your content to train any AI model.
You may not use the Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations that put other customers, end users, or our infrastructure providers at risk.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (AI providers, Supabase, Vercel, Trigger.dev), and emergency fixes may temporarily prevent access. We publish incident status and history on a public status page where applicable.
Access to the Services is billed by invoice according to the pricing agreed in your onboarding letter or separately signed agreement. Payment terms, late fees, cancellation notice periods and refund rules are defined in that document. This platform does not charge you automatically for usage.
Either party may terminate the relationship in writing subject to the notice period in your onboarding letter. We may suspend access immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe the Services are being used to violate these Terms, the law, or the rights of a third party. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days before we delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or copyrighted material. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies a different venue.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
